Introduction

Deeds works as a passive lending institution that pays out 10% of a property's current worth to private property owners - without any net repayment or interest. When the property is sold, or the loan is paid out, Deeds receives its investment and one of two things: If the property's value has increased, Deeds receive 25% of the value increment as well. If the property's value has decreased, Deeds loses 10% of the depreciation.
